Residential Customers (100 kWh up to 5,000 kWh monthly) = $0.0303 or 3.03 cents/kWh
Small/Mid-Size Commercial Customers (5,000 kWh up to 100,000 kWh monthly)
= $0.0271 or 2.71 cents/kWh
Large Commercial Customers (Greater than 100,000 kWh monthly)
= $0.0251 or 2.51 cents/kWh
