How to Apply for a Home Efficiency Rebate

If you are interested in receiving a home efficiency rebate for a qualified item, please follow these steps to ensure participation in the program.

Verify eligibility of home. Attic insulation, wall insulation, ENERGY STAR® windows, and window solar screens and films qualify only on existing homes.
Verify that all materials meet the rebate requirements and complete the project.
Fill out all required fields in the rebate application.
Attach invoice and supporting documents to rebate application.
Sign the application. You must have both the contractor’s and homeowner’s signature to qualify.
