Paying your energy bill online means you don’t have to write a check, stuff an envelope and track down that elusive stamp to get your bill in on time. Instead, we can e-mail your bill to you. And our online payment system is so easy that you can pay your bill faster than you can walk to your mailbox.

It takes just a few minutes to enroll in Manage Your Account, our free online payment program. Have your CPS Energy account number and your bank account information handy.  When you enroll, you'll stop receiving your paper bill and save a few trees. 

Your bill will be sent to your e-mail account each month  (check your security settings to make sure you will receive your bill each month). You’ll be able to view a copy of your entire bill, as well as an archive of the past 13 months’ bills. You also can use Manage Your Account to start, stop and transfer your service when the time comes or take care of other items with CPS Energy.

Online payments are processed at no charge to you, through electronic withdrawals from your checking or savings account. Funds are paid directly to CPS Energy and posted within 48 hours. When you complete your transaction, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation. A few minutes and you’re done!
