Property Manager Glossary

Occupancy Status Terms
  • Owner Occupied - Services are currently in the name of the property (i.e., House Name)
  • Tenant Occupied - Services are currently in the name of the tenant
  • Pending Owner Occupied - Services are scheduled to be placed in the name of the property (i.e., House Name)
  • Pending Tenant Occupied - Services are scheduled to be placed in the tenant's name
  • Vacant - Services are currently not in anyone's name, however power is still on
  • Vacant Inactive - Services are currently not in anyone's name and the power is off
Additional Glossary Terms
  • Move In - A request to start service for a specific address
  • Move Out - A request to stop service for a specific address
