Time is valuable when you run a business. Paying your company's energy bill online through CPS Energy's Manage My Account can save you time.
If you would like to make payments online, you must have your company enrolled in Manage My Account. It takes just a few minutes to enroll. Have your CPS Energy account numbers and bank/credit/debit card information ready.
Once enrolled, your company's CPS Energy bill can be viewed online at your convenience. We will send you an e-mail each month to let you know when it’s ready (check your security settings to make sure you receive our email each month). You'll no longer receive a paper bill, although you can request reinstatement of your paper bill instead of the monthly email). Through Manage My Account, you will be able to view a copy of your entire bill as well as the previous 12 months’ bills. And you can use Manage My Account to start, stop and transfer your service when the time comes or make additional changes to your online account profile.
Online payments from your company’s checking or savings account are processed at no charge. You also can use an ATM debit card or VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card. Commercial customers will be assessed a $6.00 convenience fee (for a payment up to $10,000.00) when using one of these cards. Fees are collected by Chase, and are non-refundable. CPS Energy is not responsible for convenience charges and does not financially benefit from these fees.
