Save Time With Automatic Monthly Payments
CPS Energy's AutoPay can make bookkeeping easier for your business. Through AutoPay, your energy bill is automatically debited from your business bank account on approximately the same day each month. You’ll still receive your billing statement in the mail and have the opportunity to review it before a payment is withdrawn from your account. However, with AutoPay you won’t have to send your check early or worry about paying late fees.
Who is Eligible?
As a CPS Energy commercial customer, you are eligible if you are not currently on cash-only payment status.
How Do I Get Started?
Sign up electronically or print an application. If mailing your application, review the terms of agreement included on the application below, then print, complete and sign the application. Remember to include a voided check (for payments from checking accounts) or bank document showing the bank name, routing number and savings account number (for payments from savings accounts) to ensure that we receive your correct bank account information. Mail the application and bank account information to:

AutoPay will begin after CPS Energy processes your application. Allow four weeks for application processing.
